XOBYTE exists because most organisations meet security as a list of things they have failed to do. A scanner output nobody can act on, a policy nobody reads, a questionnaire that arrives the week a contract is due.
Michael founded the firm to sit on the other side of that: the person who tells you plainly what is exposed, fixes what actually reduces risk first, and stays to see it through certification and the audits that follow.
He holds an MSc in Information Security and works across regulated sectors, banking and finance, government, healthcare, defence, where the questions are hardest and the paperwork is real.
Plain English is a deliberate policy, not a style choice. If you cannot explain a risk to the person who has to sign for it, you have not finished the work.
